We will also receive your comments to improve our products and services. When you are not happy with our products, we encourage you to return them. Because when you don’t pay it back, it’s a lose-lose situation for both of us. You will lose your money, and we don’t want to lose your trust, where trust is more precious than money. Instead, we recommend that you go ahead and request a refund/exchange. When we give you free returns, we may lose some money, but that’s fine.

Returning with ayaraethnic is even more comfortable than ordering one. You can make a return request online in the My Account section, or you can email us at ayaraethnic@gmail.comor call us /WhatsApp at 98700 87309  and tell us what’s going on. We will schedule an appointment with you and direct our shipping partner to pick up the original ayaraethnic garment. Make sure the garment is in good condition. You have to return it with the original tags and labels. You can even keep the gift you received in the package, produce the actual product, that’s it.

RETURNED & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We allow 10 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 10 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We additionally offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
  3. For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  6. Payments made with COD option.WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

  9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  10. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

REFUNDS FOR DEALS PRODUCT

Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.
  • Request Note: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail ayaraethnic@gmail.com
    with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
